This policy explains how Nevermore Sp. z o.o. processes the personal data you submit through this website.

What data we process

  • Data you submit through the enquiry form: name, company, country, business email, telephone, commodity and requirement details, and the content of your message.
  • Data contained in correspondence you send us by email.
  • Technical data generated when you visit the site, such as IP address and browser information, to the extent processed by our hosting provider.

Purposes and legal bases

  • Responding to your enquiry — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where the processing is necessary to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
  • Managing a business relationship — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for the performance of a contract, and Article 6(1)(c) GDPR for statutory obligations such as accounting and tax record-keeping.
  • Security and operation of the website — Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Recipients

Personal data may be shared with service providers acting as processors on our behalf, and with advisers, authorities or partners where necessary for a specific transaction or required by law. Our current processors are:

  • Formspree, Inc. — delivery of enquiries submitted through the contact form on this website.
  • Our website hosting provider — server logs and delivery of the site.
  • Our email provider — storage and transmission of correspondence.

International transfers

Some of the processors above are established in the United States, which means data submitted through the contact form is transferred outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers are made on the basis of an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards under Chapter V GDPR, including standard contractual clauses where applicable. Retention

Enquiry data is retained for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and thereafter for the periods required by applicable accounting, tax and limitation rules.
